The last push to the branch (1285e208f) failed`java-ci / core-tests (21)` and `kafka-connect-ci / kafka-connect-tests (11)`, both with `ContainerFetchException` / `NotFoundException` because the MinIO images are no longer pullable from Docker Hub. Note this touches 3 files where cff60bc18 touched 4. I dropped the `docker/iceberg-flink-quickstart/docker-compose.yml` hunk since that file doesn't exist on 1.10.x.
