Fixes two small documentation typos:
- `delta-lake-migration.md`: "actions that helps converting" -> "actions
that help converting" (subject-verb agreement; the subject "actions" is plural).
- `flink-maintenance.md`: adds the missing space after a sentence period
("...considered \"orphaned\".The table..." -> "...considered \"orphaned\". The
table...").
Docs-only; no functional change.
