## What changes are included in this PR? The eq, in, and starts_with row-group metric checks each read both the lower and upper bound via min_value and max_value, and each of those independently re-runs stats_and_type_for_field_id. Resolve the stats and type once per leaf and decode each bound in place, so the lower and upper bounds still decode lazily. ## Are these changes tested?
