### Apache Iceberg version main (development) ### Please describe the bug 🐞 when a copy on write `Delete` or a filtered `Overwrite` rewrites a data file, right now, the raw file is read and the position-deletes, deletion vectors and equality deletes, that already apply to it, are ignored. what I mean is, delete `id=1` with merge-on-read, then run `Delete(id=2)` with copy-on-write, `id=1` is visible again. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
