## Summary - Bump `rustfs/rustfs` in `dev/docker-compose.yml` from `1.0.0-rc.5` to the stable [RustFS 1.0.0 release](https://github.com/rustfs/rustfs/releases/tag/1.0.0). - 1.0.0 includes [RustFS fix for vhost domain port matching](https://redirect.github.com/rustfs/rustfs/pull/7051), so the `:9000` workaround is dropped: `RUSTFS_SERVER_DOMAINS=object-store`. Follow-up to #123. Part of the [Iceberg RustFS migration tracking issue](https://redirect.github.com/apache/iceberg/issues/18246). ## Testing `make test-integration` passes locally (RustFS 1.0.0 with portless `RUSTFS_SERVER_DOMAINS`, acceptance tests against the REST catalog at `localhost:8181`).
