Reopening, since the stale bot closed this without a committer review. The bug is still on main: `JdbcCatalog.execute` (line 781) catches `InterruptedException` without restoring the interrupt flag, while `executeQuery` and both `initialize` paths in the same file do. @huaxingao you reviewed #15463 in this class; would you mind taking a look when you have time?
