@uros-b Good question — there is real overlap: both PRs fix the same stateless-restart commit drop from #18098, and @pvary has reviewed both and is fine with either landing. The approach differs though: #18123 gates the table's max-committed-checkpoint-id lookup on the `isRestored` boolean, while this PR (reworked per @pvary's feedback) compares the restored checkpoint id against the table's max committed checkpoint id — which also fixes restoring the first checkpoint id — and logs a warning instead of silently marking requests as already committed.
