This updates `MetricsConfig` to return metrics field IDs in "schema order". Schema order is the order of fields in the schema definition; fields of nested structures are visited in order (including children) and fields are visited before their children. For example, the fields of `id bigint, point struct<x float, y float>, data string` in schema order are `id`, `point`, `point.x, `point.y`, `data`. The `SchemaOrder` utility exposes both `allFieldIds` and `leafFieldIds` methods. Field IDs are returned in this order by `metricsFieldIds` because the underlying map is a `LinkedHashMap`.
