This draft verifies Iceberg compatibility with Spark 4.1.4 RC2 using the [Apache staging repository](https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachespark-1533/). Dependency resolution is restricted to `org.apache.spark:*:4.1.4` at that repository so other Spark versions continue using their existing repositories. Codex generated the dependency and repository changes. Test plan: Run `spotlessApply`, assemble the Spark 4.1 core, extensions, and runtime modules, and run `TestSparkCatalogOperations`, `TestUnpartitionedWrites`, and extensions `TestViews` to exercise catalog operations, SQL/DataFrame writes, and view resolution against RC2. Verify an older Spark dependency still resolves. Formatting and all three assembly tasks passed locally; the three suites passed with 307 tests, 6 skipped, and no failures.
