Fix PartitionSet to string representations, now group by each partition
tuple to better distinguish among them.
From `[id_null=null, data_bucket=1, id_null=null, data_bucket=0]`
to `[{id_null=null, data_bucket=1}, {id_null=null, data_bucket=0}]`
Also added corresponding tests for null partition/unpartitioned/partition
evolution of different specs in same set.
