Hi, I'd like to work on #18259. I plan to update `ParquetValueReaders.StringReader` to reuse the decoded `String` when consecutive reads return the same `Binary` instance, while preserving the existing behavior for different `Binary` instances. I'll also add focused regression coverage following the existing Parquet test patterns.
