I've opened a fix in #2180. Cause: with a hierarchical namespace, ADLS Gen2 stores every directory as a 0-byte blob named after it, with no trailing slash. gocloud's fs.FS treated that blob as a file. So WalkDir never went inside the table location, and orphan cleanup reported the location itself as a 0-byte orphan. Fix: blobfs now treats a key as a directory whenever other objects exist under it. It also hides the directory's own 0-byte blob from the listing. S3 and GCS walk the same as before. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
