Parquet `TIME_MILLIS` bounds are integer milliseconds, while Iceberg time predicates and file metrics expect long microseconds. Convert these values in the shared Parquet converter and reuse it for file bounds, preventing type errors during filtering and metrics extraction. Regression coverage checks matching and nonmatching row groups, dictionary filtering, and file bounds for both UTC-adjustment flags. Late-day values exercise conversion beyond the integer microsecond range.
