After #15288, the Writing to Branches docs no longer matched the code: explicit branch writes (via identifier or write option) now succeed even when WAP is configured, and the target branch may be created during the write. This updates `docs/docs/spark-writes.md` to document the branch precedence (identifier/option > session WAP branch), the identifier/option conflict rule, and branch auto-creation.
