Spark 4.1 and 4.2 Parquet writers currently emit value-size metrics for geometry but omit its spatial lower and upper bounds. Reuse the existing `GeometryFieldMetrics` builder so file metrics include XY bounds, preserving the Parquet annotation CRS, null counts, and total WKB bytes. Spark 4.2 continues to slice the original WKB payload to preserve its byte order. Geography bounds are outside this change.
