Thanks for checking. I ran `make install` and `make generate` before opening the PR and again just now in a fresh venv; the generated file does not change (same checksum as the committed one). The generator's default `--openapi-scopes` is `schemas` only and the Makefile does not override it, so header parameters such as `X-Iceberg-Access-Delegation` are not emitted into `rest-catalog-open-api.py`.
