@pvary, could you please take a look at this PR when you get a chance? Without it, Flink can't commit DVs to a v3 table once the oldest snapshot in the branch history has been expired. It affects upsert/CDC jobs on v3 tables, and the job can't recover on restart because the committer keeps replaying the failing commit. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
