## Summary Follow-up to #133. The main change adds `dist/*_SHA256SUMS.sig` to the binary artifact upload in `tf-release.yml`. GoReleaser now signs `SHA256SUMS` in CI, but the `.sig` was not uploaded, so it never reached the prerelease. Without it, RC verification (`verify_rc.sh`) fails and the Terraform/OpenTofu registries reject the release.
