**What** - Reuse Arrow arrays for flat primitive columns when file and requested schemas match. **Why** - The current projection walks the schema and rebuilds record batches for every batch. **Implementation** - Check each new input schema once. - Rewrap the existing columns when the schema matches. - Keep the current projection path for nested fields and mismatches. **Benchmark** - Projection microbenchmark, 1,024 rows, Go 1.26.3, Apple M1 Pro, 10 alternating runs, one CPU. - 4 fields: 8.10 µs to 0.159 µs (51x), 122 to 2 allocs. - 32 fields: 57.8 µs to 0.769 µs (75x), 772 to 2 allocs. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
