Closes #4126 # Rationale for this change - `write.parquet.page-row-limit` was passed as `write_batch_size`, which only sets how often pyarrow checks page size, so the per-page row limit never applied. - It now maps to `max_rows_per_page` (pyarrow >= 23.0.0). On older pyarrow, setting it emits a warning. ## Are these changes tested? - `test_writes.py` — `page-row-limit` reaches `ParquetWriter` as `max_rows_per_page`, and `write_batch_size` is no longer set. ## Are there any user-facing changes? - `write.parquet.page-row-limit` now limits rows per data page. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
