Pushed an update: - added the Spark test to v4.0 and v4.1 too - the test now checks the executed scan is columnar when vectorization is on (and not when it's off), so it can't pass by falling back to the row reader - updated the description with the new test names and the `ArrowReader` note Sounds good on #18601, happy for those to build on this.
