## What Use one `Transaction.ReplaceFiles` method for data file and delete file replacements. ## Why The two public methods overlap. This removes the duplicate API before the v1 freeze. ## Implementation - Add `deleteFilesToAdd` to `ReplaceFiles`. - Remove `ReplaceFilesWithDeleteFiles`. - Update callers, tests, and the compatibility note. **Breaking API:** Existing `ReplaceFiles` calls need the new argument.
