I'd like to work on this. Plan: when `adls.endpoint` is not set, derive the blob storage domain from the URI host (the part after the account label, with a leading `dfs.` mapped to `blob.`), so `onelake.dfs.fabric.microsoft.com` uses `blob.fabric.microsoft.com` and `acct.dfs.core.windows.net` keeps `blob.core.windows.net`; an explicit `adls.endpoint` still wins.
