## What Add isolated registries for catalog factories. ## Why Avoid sharing catalog registrations across applications and tests. ## Implementation - Add cloneable, concurrent-safe `catalog.Registry` with its own `Load` method. - Keep package-level helpers and use `MustRegister` for built-in catalogs. - Return errors for invalid registrations and document the migration. **Breaking change:** `catalog.Register` now returns an error.
