Upgrade Iceberg’s Spark 4.0 integration from 4.0.4 to the released [4.0.5](https://spark.apache.org/releases/spark-release-4-0-5.html), which includes security and correctness fixes. The release tag matches RC3, covered by the separate [candidate verification draft](https://github.com/apache/iceberg/pull/18340). Test plan: compile the core/extensions modules and exercise catalog operations, integer-bucket and date-partitioned joins in both planning modes, and row-level delete/update/merge. JDK 21: formatting, main/test checkstyle, both assemblies, and all 24 selected tests passed. The configured Maven mirror returns 404 for 4.0.5, so local validation used a temporary Maven repository containing release archive jars and embedded POMs (archive SHA-512 verified), plus the parent POM from the release tag.
