Snapshot.Manifests, ManifestFile.Entries, iceberg.EntriesWithProjection, dv.ReadDV and dv.ReadDVs opened files with context.Background(), so a stalled open on these read paths couldn't be cancelled. They now take a context.Context first argument and pass it to IO.Open. Callers pass the context they already have: scan planning, commits and conflict validation (conflictContext now keeps the commit's context), snapshot producers, rewrite-manifests, metadata tables and the CLI. New tests check that the caller's context reaches IO.Open for each function. io.StatIO.Stat still takes no context, so sizing embedded manifests through Stat is not covered.
