@laskoviymishka Partition and metrics evaluators now apply while data manifests are opened, and each snapshot's prior delete set is built from the previous snapshot. `TestIncrementalChangelogScanRebuildsExpiredParentFromRealWriters` covers the expired-parent rebuild with append, row delta, and replace.
