The [zizmor failure](https://github.com/apache/iceberg-python/actions/runs/41124804347) flags the existing `pypa/[email protected]` pin in `.github/workflows/nightly-pypi-build.yml:91` under [GHSA-5xjx-3w67-w9x9](https://github.com/advisories/GHSA-5xjx-3w67-w9x9). The advisory lists v1.14.3 as patched. This PR only changes snapshot handling and tests, with no workflow changes. All seven other workflows on `4bbc007` passed, including Python CI and integration tests. Could the publishing-action pin be updated separately on main?
