## What - Add path-based data file rewrites. ## Why - Compaction needs a `replace` snapshot rather than an overwrite. ## Implementation - Resolve removed files on the target branch and read replacement Parquet metadata. - Use `RewriteFiles` for validation and conflict checks. - Support unpartitioned format v1 and v2 tables.
