Part of #1691. Ports Java's `testListNestedNamespaces` and `testDropNamespaceWithNestedNamespace` behind `SupportsNestedNamespaces`, false by default as in Java. Enabled for Hadoop, which passes both. SQL stays off until #2388. REST stays off because the published fixture (1.10.1) drops a namespace that still has children; apache/iceberg#16061 fixed that in 1.11.0, but no newer fixture image is published. `resttest` (#2376) refuses that drop, so it can enable the flag once both land. Verified: `TestRestCatalogConformance` against the recipe's REST fixture and MinIO → 32/32 pass; with the flag on, only `DropNamespaceWithNestedNamespace` fails. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
