## What - Add ORC data-file writing for primitive columns. ## Why - Iceberg tables can use ORC data files. ## Implementation - Write uncompressed ORC with Iceberg field IDs and null counts. - Reject unsupported types and mismatched Arrow schemas. - Buffer one stripe in memory. Nested types, timestamps, and delete files are not supported yet.
