### Apache Iceberg version main (development) ### Please describe the bug 🐞 Right now, `ErrDataFilesMissing` wraps `ErrCommitFailed`, which tells user to retry in a new txn. But a new txn with the same delete-file can never succeed, because: the data file it targets is gone. The error also fires with no other writer involved. Caller retry loops then spin. Iceberg-java throws `ValidationException` here, never `CommitFailedException`. Proposed fix: stop wrapping `ErrCommitFailed`, still make the transaction unusable, and document that callers should re-plan the delete. This narrows #2100 for one sentinel. Test: the error no longer matches `ErrCommitFailed`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
