RFC 7519 defines the JWT `exp` claim as a NumericDate, which may be a non-integer value. `OAuth2Util.expiresAtMillis` required an integral number, so a token with a claim such as `"exp": 1767225600.5` threw `IllegalArgumentException: Cannot parse to a long value: exp`. A REST catalog configured with such a `token`, or issued one by its OAuth2 server, then fails to initialize or to create a session. This change reads `exp` as any JSON number and converts it to milliseconds. Tokens that are not JWTs, or that have no numeric `exp`, still yield no expiration. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
