AlJohri opened a new pull request, #167: URL: https://github.com/apache/terraform-provider-iceberg/pull/167
Destroying an `iceberg_table` sends a drop with `purgeRequested=false`, which Amazon S3 Tables rejects: `purge_enabled: DropTable operation failed. S3 Tables only supports dropping tables with purge enabled.` So a table in S3 Tables cannot be destroyed today. This adds `purge_on_destroy`, which drops the table with purge when set. It defaults to `false`, so the current behavior is unchanged. Tested against S3 Tables. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
