## What - Skip manifests whose partition summaries cannot match the partitions being replaced. ## Why - Dynamic overwrite currently reads live entries across the snapshot to find matching files. - Java uses manifest summaries to prune this work before reading entries. ## Scope - Keep the result correct when summaries are missing or unknown and when files use older specs. - Measure planning time and manifests read on a table with many unrelated partitions.
