Backport of #17610 to Spark 3.5, 4.0 and 4.1. `TestSparkVectorizedFormatModel` is copied as is, except for Spark 3.5, where `VARIANT` is added to `SPARK_UNSUPPORTED_TYPE_IDS` since Spark 3.5 has no Variant type. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
