Closes #2455. CONTRIBUTING's integration-test steps never set `AWS_S3_ENDPOINT`, so the S3-backed tests (catalog/rest, catalog/sql, table/maintenance) call real AWS S3 and fail with a 301. - Add `eval "$(make integration-env)"` to the quick-start steps. - Document the `make integration-setup` / `integration-env` / `integration-test` path for suites that need Hive, Azure, GCS or Spark.
