Thank you for your contribution @mayursrivastava! One small nit: can you update the PR title to be a bit more descriptive? I'm particularly interested in the vectorized parquet read paths, but the PR title alone doesn't convey much info to me. Maybe `[ARROW] Vectorized Parquet Reads - Assertions + Correctness Checks for Deletion Files`?
