Review comment:
       The name `FileReader` implies we are opening a given file and trying to 
iterate the rows from it.  But in fact,  we are trying to opening the bunch 
files of FileScanTask ( including one data file and several delete files maybe) 
and iterate the rows from them.   I will suggest to use `FileScanTaskReader`, 
that's more clear.
