Thanks @pvary for this issue and PR ! Adding ORC delete writers is the essential thing we need to do, the current v2 write path and unit tests are commented 'TODO : add ORC delete writers' everywhere. I'm afraid there will be too many TODO we have to fix as the v2 feature iterate. Now is the right time to fix those holes !
