I see the lastFieldAssigned bug in this was fixed in #2906 and that we potentially have this as an intended behavior in RTAS? If so I strongly think we should change it, It doesn't make sense to me that a Create or Replace Table as Select would succeed if the table didn't exist, but then fail if the table did exist -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
