What if the following change in Iceberg `interface SupportsNamespaces`
```
default boolean dropNamespace(Namespace namespace) throws
NamespaceNotEmptyException {
dropNamespace(namespace, false);
}
boolean dropNamespace(Namespace namespace, boolean cascade) throws
NamespaceNotEmptyException;
```
And expose `dropNamespace(namespace, cascade=true)` to SparkCatalog
