Review comment:
Yeah I just did a simple top-level schema as part of this draft, but the
final schema would include much more and be comprehensive of the spec. All
types and required/optional flags. We can also add in regex requirements for
string fields. The spec doesn't have to be a single huge spec either so we
could have a separate jsonschema for PartitionSpec and just reference it in the
larger table metadata jsonschema definition.
