This replaces asciinema (and all of the docs and scripts to generate them) with a very simple and easy to use [termynal.js](https://github.com/ines/termynal) which makes adding an animated terminal as simple as adding some html elements. More specifically, this removes all of the asciinema files and in head.html switches to loading the termynal javascript and css file instead of the asciinema javascript and css file. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
