I've added a new web page for this and plan to remove the portion in README: https://github.com/apache/iceberg/blob/master/docs/common/project/multi-engine-support.md?plain=1#L60-L89 https://github.com/apache/iceberg/pull/4067 Instead of updating the README, I think we can add 2 columns in the website for "Initial support" and "latest support" for each engine version row.
