@szehon-ho Do you have an example in mind where blocking queue can hurt performance? IMHO, if a blocking queue blocks the producers, it usually means the consumer is not fast enough, in which case the bottleneck is the consumer, rather than the queue itself. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
