Hi @danielcweeks , given the immutability of snapshot and metadata, does the "potentially bad behaviors around reading metadata tables" still a concern? Immutability should make consistency easy to manage (can just evict cache entry when space is needed without having to worry about invalidating on update, etc). About "high churn" in terms of high eviction rates, I'd like to understand what scenario can lead to that issue.
