It seems like you’re encountering this issue, regarding Parquet V2 (Athena is a variant of Trino / PrestoSQL): https://github.com/trinodb/trino/issues/7953 I think that @singhpk234’s solution should work. If not, I would see if Athena has the ability to disable PARQUET_2_0 format (the parquet v2 writer format specification).
