Review Comment:
   [Curiosity] I am curious about the reason behind this exception catch. I 
think these errors are dynamodb internal and not related to user input/output 
for `drop_table`. So what's the difference between re-throwing them as a 
`GenericDynamoDbError` and just not catching them at all?
   
    May be a good lesson for me to learn.
