I'm observing the same for {{IgniteAtomicLong}}, {{IgniteAtomicReference}},
{{IgniteAtomicStamped}}, {{IgniteCountDownLatch}} and some other data
structures.
This issue is reproduced for these data structures with
'...multipleTopologyChange' tests located
{{GridCacheAbstractDataStructuresFailoverSelfTest}}. The latest version of the
tests is on ignite-801 branches.
